Our Warehouse:

Available to artists and vendors to pop up in on Saturdays 11-3pm for just $40 a day. Possible ability to use it on off hours for $25 an hour. We provide our own client base but you must promote to your own customers. We can fit about 8 different vendors in the open area and there is access to restrooms. You must set up and staff your own booth yourself.

Our Photo Studio:

Our Photo Studio is half of our warehouse and uses lots of natural light from skylights. We have some furniture and props that you can use for your shoots. There is one plain white wall, one white brick wall, and a wall with barn doors that can be utilized. Price is $25 an hour or $50 if its when we are not open & need to provide staffing (mon-sat 10-3). Photographers or Artists do need to be preapproved and the date confirmed. Any messes must be cleaned up and all clients must be monitored.
